Lunch Bunch - Chicken Rice Edition
Join us for this month’s Lunch Bunch, featuring one of Singapore’s most iconic comfort foods, chicken rice.
Fun fact: the dish was adapted from Hainanese chicken and made uniquely Singaporean over the years. Even the rice gets special treatment, it’s cooked in chicken stock with garlic, ginger and pandan for that signature fragrance.
