Your Mission
As GM / COO, you’ll be the strategic backbone of our business — responsible for driving profitability, building strong teams, and ensuring that every brand and property under Triple P runs with clarity and purpose. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the leadership team, CIO, and key stakeholders.
You will initially spend about 70% of your time focused on The Working Capitol, with the remaining scope spanning broader Triple P initiatives and projects — from asset management, retail and co-living to placemaking and proptech.

Your Mission

What You’ll Do
Strategic Finance & Leadership
Lead all core finance functions across the group, including accounting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Your Mission
You’ll be the driving force behind how The Working Capitol shows up in the world — from crafting lead-generating digital campaigns to amplifying our presence in the neighbourhood and positioning us as the go-to coworking brand in conservation spaces.
This is a full-stack marketing role with plenty of room to flex your strategic, creative, and executional skills. You’ll lead a small but mighty team and collaborate closely with Sales, Community, Design & Engagement, and Operations. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and execute full-funnel digital campaigns (SEM, paid social, retargeting, email) to drive leads for workspaces and events
Manage website UX, SEO, analytics, and performance optimization for Triple P and The Working Capitol
Grow and manage our social presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) through strategic content planning
Oversee Google My Business, online reviews, and local SEO to ensure strong visibility
Develop automated email flows, newsletters, and post-event follow-ups — and track what’s working

Behind the scenes, our Finance team is the backbone of the company. From clean reporting to operational clarity, they help the rest of the organisation move with confidence and purpose. We’re now looking for an Accountant to join this high-performing team and support day-to-day finance operations and monthly reporting activities across our business.
This is a hands-on role that reports to the Head of Finance, and is ideal for someone detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
Finance Operations & Compliance
Maintain full sets of accounts, including accounts receivable, payable, treasury, collections, and bank relationships.
Manage intercompany records and assist in journal entries, fixed asset depreciation, audit schedules, and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Liaise with external tax agents and auditors on GST, tax filings, and audit matters.
Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare financial reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) including cash flow tracking and variance analysis.
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Collaborate with the Head of Finance to deliver accurate, timely reporting to the CEO and leadership team.
Support ongoing analysis of financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Systems & Processes
Upload and manage financial data across digital tools including Xero, Stripe, HitPay, PayPal, Aspire, and Grab.
Ensure proper digital recordkeeping and file management in line with finance SOPs.
Participate in financial systems reviews and assist in process improvement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Support
Liaise with internal teams — including sales, marketing, operations, and people — to support finance-related initiatives.
Provide financial inputs and support to various departments on budgeting, reimbursements, and vendor coordination.
Respond to internal and external finance queries and ensure stakeholder needs are addressed promptly.
Other Responsibilities
Contribute to ad hoc assignments and projects led by the finance team.
Assist with financial modelling, valuations, and other calculations as needed for internal planning.
Support the delivery of long-term finance goals, including annual budgets and strategic planning exercises.
Who You Are
You have 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
You hold a degree in Accounting or Finance; Chartered Accountant certification is a plus.
You’re familiar with Xero and other finance tools, and are comfortable working with digital systems.
You have a strong grasp of accounting principles, reporting standards, and local tax/GST requirements.
