    Now, we’re looking for a General Manager / Chief Operating Officer to lead us into our next phase of growth — driving operational excellence across our portfolio while scaling our flagship brand: The Working Capitol.

    Your Mission

    As General Manager and Chief Operating Officer, you’ll be the strategic backbone of our business — responsible for driving profitability, building strong teams, and ensuring that every brand and property under Triple P runs with clarity and purpose. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the leadership team, CIO, and key stakeholders.

    You will initially spend about 70% of your time focused on The Working Capitol, with the remaining scope spanning broader Triple P initiatives and projects — from asset management, retail and co-living to placemaking and proptech.

    What You’ll Lead

    Operational Leadership & Efficiency

    ·       Translate big-picture vision into smart, scalable systems and day-to-day execution

    ·       Drive performance across departments — from workspace and events to facilities and community

    ·       Oversee SOPs and rhythms that keep the business tight, compliant, and on brand

    P&L, Profitability & Growth

    ·       Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning across all brands and projects

    ·       Hit quarterly KPIs — focusing on margins, efficiency, and sustainable growth

    ·       Use data and insight to make fast, impactful decisions

    Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    ·       Oversee department heads across operations, project management, community, and client services

    ·       Lead quarterly performance reviews and ensure everyone is aligned with our goals and KPIs

    Brand & Stakeholder Partnerships

    What You Bring

    ·       8+ years in senior ops, GM, or COO roles — ideally in real estate, coworking, lifestyle/hospitality, or high level consulting environments

    ·       Proven experience leading P&L, managing teams, and scaling cross-functional operations

    ·       Exposure to international companies or best-in-class brands — you understand what great looks like and how to adapt it locally

    ·       A strong business foundation — MBA preferred but not required

    ·       Operational acumen and an instinct for building systems that scale

    ·       A leadership style that blends accountability and empathy — you're effective with people across cultures, functions, and seniority

    ·       Hands-on, action-oriented, and results-driven — without losing sight of long-term strategy

    Your Mission

    As Head of Sales & Marketing, you’ll lead the full commercial engine — owning demand generation, sales strategy, brand growth, and campaign execution across our brands. You’ll report to the General Manager & Chief Operating Officer and collaborate closely with leadership across Operations, Community, and Design.

    This is a cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of enterprise sales, performance marketing, business strategy, and brand storytelling — someone who can build both the revenue and the reputation of a purpose-led business.

    What You’ll Lead

    Sales Strategy & Occupancy Growth

    • Deliver on occupancy and revenue targets across The Working Capitol and upcoming projects

    • Develop quarterly sales plans tied to forecasted capacity and growth goals

    • Oversee the end-to-end sales process — from lead qualification and pipeline conversion to client onboarding and renewal

    • Build compelling pitch materials and presentations tailored to prospective tenants and members

    • Manage internal sales workflows, CRM data, and performance tracking across all channels

    Marketing & Campaign Leadership

    • Lead integrated campaigns aligned with occupancy forecasts, new launches, and brand milestones

    • Drive database activations, CRM flows, and automated lead nurturing strategies

    • Set and uphold brand collateral standards — from sales decks to email copy to digital content

    • Work with the creative team to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns

    • Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations that elevate brand exposure and engagement

    Team & Stakeholder Leadership

    • Manage and mentor a high-performing team across sales and marketing

    • Bring clear systems, structure, and accountability to team performance

    • Set KPIs, streamline workflows, and foster a collaborative, purpose-led culture

    • Work cross-functionally with Community, Ops, and Design to ensure a consistent brand and service experience

    What You Bring

    • 8–12 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within co-working, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands

    Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to bring our brand to life — across screens, spaces, and streets.

    Your Mission

    You’ll be the driving force behind how The Working Capitol shows up in the world — from crafting lead-generating digital campaigns to amplifying our presence in the neighbourhood and positioning us as the go-to co-working brand in conservation spaces.

    This is a full-stack marketing role with plenty of room to flex your strategic, creative, and executional skills. You’ll lead a small but mighty team and collaborate closely with Sales, Community, Design & Engagement, and Operations. You’ll report to the General Manager or Head of Sales & Marketing, playing a critical role in growing occupancy, deepening member engagement, and elevating our brand at every touchpoint.

    What You’ll Lead

    Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

    • Plan and execute full-funnel digital campaigns (SEM, paid social, retargeting, email) to drive leads for workspaces and events

    • Manage website UX, SEO, analytics, and performance optimization for Triple P and The Working Capitol

    • Grow and manage our social presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) through strategic content planning

    • Oversee Google My Business, online reviews, and local SEO to ensure strong visibility

    • Develop automated email flows, newsletters, and post-event follow-ups — and track what’s working

    • Align digital marketing with CRM strategy and sales goals to drive measurable business outcomes

    Public Relations & Storytelling

    • Build an in-house PR engine that positions us as leaders in coworking, conservation, and community

    • Create and maintain an editorial calendar — from press releases to KOL engagement and media outreach

    • Keep a compelling and organized brand asset library (photos, videos, press kits, etc.)

    Branding & Visual Identity

    • Champion and evolve our visual and verbal identity across all channels

    • Keep sales and member-facing materials fresh, user-friendly, and on-brand

    • Collaborate with Design and Operations to ensure signage, displays, and touchpoints reflect our brand consistently

    • Support member onboarding with branded materials and comms

    Partnerships & Community Engagement

    • Source and manage brand and sustainability partnerships aligned with our values

    • Co-create events and activations with the community team — building a vibrant, purposeful programming calendar

    • Represent The Working Capitol at relevant networking and industry events

    Team Leadership & Ownership

    • Set KPIs, manage timelines, and lead cross-functional collaboration with clarity and focus

    • Own the marketing budget and manage vendors or agencies where needed

    • Be the brand guardian — ensuring consistency, quality, and resonance across all campaigns

    What You Bring

    • 4+ years in a marketing role, ideally in real estate, lifestyle, coworking, or hospitality brands

    • Experience running integrated marketing campaigns that drive results — not just impressions

    • Hands-on skills across digital marketing, PR, content, and brand management

    • A sharp eye for design and storytelling — and a bias for action

    • Strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and communication skills
