Here’s how it works:
REFER: Simply drop us an email at sales@theworkingcapitol.com and link us up with your referee.
LEASE: We’ll seal the deal with your referee if they like the space.
REWARD: Enjoy a referral reward up to $10,000 our way of saying thank you for growing the community together.

Payout dependent on the respective team size. Terms apply:
20 pax and above - $10,000
10 to 19 pax - $5,000
1 to 9 pax - $2,000

Got a friend launching a retail store, café, or wellness concept? Our beautifully located shophouses are open to lifestyle brands too — and yes, referrals are rewarded based on their lease term:
25 months and above - $4,000
24 months and below - $2,000
Terms & Conditions:
Referral reward is applicable for office spaces and heritage buildings managed by The Working Capitol.
Not applicable for third-party agents or commissioned referrals.
Applicable for minimum lease period of 12-months.
Once the referred party signs a lease and all requisite condition (including security deposit and first month’s rental) met, your reward will be processed and issued within 30 days.
The reward is subjected to a maximum of $10,000, subjected to changes depending on the lease condition. Reward is based on Singapore Dollars (SGD).
