Reward Tiering:

Terms & Conditions:

• Referral reward is applicable for office spaces and heritage buildings managed by The Working Capitol.

• Not applicable for third-party agents or commissioned referrals.

• Applicable for minimum lease period of 12-months.

• Once the referred party signs a lease and all requisite condition (including security deposit and first month’s rental) met, your reward will be processed and issued within 30 days.
