The iconic building sitting on 89 Neil Road is the latest addition to our vision of The Working Capitol’s Keong Saik Campus. Formerly the Tiger Balm factory, evident with the rooftop pagoda shaped like their trademark bottle, the building was erected in 1924 in a beautifully intricate Neoclassical style.

Today, all 23,000 sqft of the building, or 89NR as we aptly and affectionately call it, serves as an extension of The Working Capitol’s campus effect. Constant footfall from residents of The [email protected] and workers from around our Chinatown district presents us with the opportunities to transform 89NR, a building rich with history, into an all-rounded lifestyle destination, shaping and influencing the future. We incorporated the company in December 2015 and took two Workspots – we loved it straight away and knew we'd found our home. By January we were in a 4-person office, by June an 8-person office and by September 2016 we'd expanded into an 18-person Workspace in the heart of TWC – exactly where we wanted to be.
