Talking Neighbourhood Building with Edgeprop

We’re chuffed to have been featured by leading property portal Edgeprop as neighbourhood builders of Keong Saik! It was amazing to get the opportunity to talk about the evolution of the Keong Saik community, our work beyond co-working and the approach we are taking to future-proof our heritage projects.

Our CEO and co-founder, Ben Gattie shared some key insights into The Working Capitol’s organic approach to shaping the community over the last 5 years.

To create a lifestyle hub at Keong Saik, having the two anchoring sites – 1 Keong Saik and 89 Neil Road – was crucial. With that, you can really curate your events and offer F&B selection. Altogether, these factors helped create a “harmonious synergy” that in turn leads to a community that is quite loyal and partial to the way we do things.
