Envisioning the Future of Work
What does the future of work look like?
We teamed up with artist community Band of Doodlers and expert attendees at iDA’s New Ways of Work conference to bring the future to life. Three themes emerged:
COLLABORATION CONTINUES
Collaboration and exchange of ideas across geographies, industries, and roles will continue to increase. Connectivity and technology advances will bring us closer, but the power of in-person communication doesn’t seem to be going anywhere.
BLURRED LINES
Work and life borders become increasingly blurred, as employers recognise and support new modes for productivity.
OUTSIDE IN, INSIDE OUT
From indoor gardens to office swimming pools, work will be combined with elements of nature and wellness.
